Garry Jones (Coach/Owner)
Interested in general fitness from an early age and enjoyed cross country running. Joined the Army in 1972 and the NZSAS in 1976 and maintained a high level of fitness participating in most sports such as Rugby, Rugby League, Rock climbing etc.
Dabbled in bodybuilding from 2005 – 2008 and got introduced to Crossfit in 2011. Has been coaching Crossfit since Feb 2012. Competed at the Crossfit Games 2012 (3rd) and 2013 (2nd) in the Masters division.
I am passionate about helping people both kids and adults to achieve a level of fitness that will enable them to live a full and healthy lifestyle and reach any goals that they want to aspire to.
