Building to heavy sets of split or push jerk
5 sets of 4 reps
With a 3 second pause in the dip before the drive
Then
4 sets of 1 rep @ a slightly heavier weight
 Just normal jerk – no pause

For time – 15 min cap

Straight into

Hang squat clean
c2b / Pullups / jumping pull ups
RX   60/40   INT  50/30   BEG  35/20
* OHS can be subbed out for front or back  squats if needed
